I've TRIED to understand what's so amazing about these two AND the entire Twilight series and No sorry, I DONT GET IT. I tried to read the book but wound up getting a stupid headache two chapters in after which I gave up and read a sporked version of all the books which pretty much told me everything that I needed to know bout this stupid ass franchise. But I digress.
Bella and Edward have about as much chemistry together as the noble gases! There's no spark (like between Rosalin and Adama!) there's no sense of "by GAR these two are SO right for each other that its crazy they haven't jumped into the nearest bed yet!" (like Natsu and Lucy!) I didn't get a sense of "I genuinely care about this person to the point that I am willing to do anything for her/him and I DID" (like Ichigo and Orihime). It just all across as very forced. Then again, I find Bella's character to be WAY too annoying as well and Edward comes across as an over protective, this-close-to-abusive 107 year old virgin and that dont sit right with me. I ask you, would YOU like a girl who trips over thin air, thinks shes all that when she ain't, acts like a total bitch after transferring to a new school, gets hurt while trying to open a fucking GIFT, mopes in the most pathetic way possible when her boyfriend leaves for her own good (yeah right) and I could go on but i'll stop there :|
And then there's Edward....taking the engine out of your girlfriend car to stop her is NOT romantic in ANY sense alright? It just shows that you have SERIOUS control issues and that you have A LOT of stress built up and need to get laid IMMEDIATELY. I mean come on. Yer a 107 years old and STILL no sex? If it were me, I'd have stared asking him "You're totally gay arn't you? Thats why you aint been with a girl before." and highschool? HIGHSCHOOL?! NO self respecting vampire would attend highschool cause THERE ARE BETTER THINGS TO DO AT NIGHT! Go to New York, travel the world, eat virgins, dance in their blood, do bloody drugs, go on a crazy ass rampage, throw a rave ANYTHING but highschool for the love of GOD!
Edward needs to be school by the House of Aurelius and Darla and Angelus and Alcuard bout HOW vampires are supposed to behave while Bella can just...shove off a cliff. Oh wait..she already did that *eye roll* These two just do NOT have a healthy relationship and create as much sparks like between a wet flint and a rock!
